BCSPCA

BC SCPA’s mission is to protect and enhance the quality of life for domestic, farm, and wild animals in BC. BC SPCA is a registered charity, tax # BN 11881 9036 RR0001. BC Games

The BC Games Society is a leadership organization that guides the BC Winter and BC Summer Games and prepares Team BC for national multisport games. The society builds on the expertise and support of partners to create development opportunities for athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers, and communities.

 

CFURadio

CFURFM is a Canadian Campus FM radio station, broadcasting on FM 88.7, based at the University of Northern British Columbia in Prince George. The “FUR” (as it is known colloquially) is governed by the CFUR Radio Society, a nonprofit corporation consisting of students and other community members who promote CFUR via membership drives, fundraisers, and onair broadcasting.

Silky Hen Design

Silky Hen is a small but mighty graphic design and illustration team based in Prince George, BC. Silky Hen offers various creative services, including graphic design, web design, character illustrations, and the occasional menu design.

Together We Stand

As a community, we have a common goal to help individuals. There are many stereotypical behaviours and comments made towards the homeless community without understanding how they got to where they are by conversing with the individual. How does one have a right to stereotype? We are dealing with the broken who have a story. There are many different factors related to their situation such as foster care, environmental trauma, mental health issues, residential school survivors, intergenerational trauma, etc. Compassion, understanding, and sensitivity are essential.

Two Rivers Gallery

Two Rivers Gallery proudly sits on the traditional, unceded territory of the Lheidli T’enneh. Operated by the Prince George Regional Art Gallery Association, the Gallery serves the Regional District of FraserFort George, which includes the traditional territories of the McLeod Lake Indian Band, Lheidli T’enneh First Nation and Simpcw First Nation. The regional district consists of approximately 100,000 people across seven electoral areas and four municipalities, including Prince George, with a population of 79,000.

Vanderhoof Community Foundation

The Vanderhoof Community Foundation operates under the auspices of Community Foundations of Canada. As a non-profit organization supporting communities by partnering with donors to build permanent endowment funds, the income from these funds supports local projects and initiatives to strengthen and enhance life in Vanderhoof.
